converting crude oil:
befor you are able to convert, the raffinates must be explored in the researchbuilding
Then you need worker , to get under Management( blue Monitor at the bottom of the page)
every raffinate needs different quantity of worker to get the shortest time of convertation
so you have to try out
building buildings:
to find under Management
Maybe "Administrationbuilding" i have only the german version here

worker needed too . 25 per building
